Smart Path Assessment (Veterans Resource Center)
Provides Smart Path (Coordinated Entry) Assessments. Once an individual or family experiencing homelessness completes an assessment, they are considered for multiple housing assistance programs throughout the county. Smart Path is not a housing program or a guarantee of shelter or housing.
